Pretty much 1000% reliant on RNG to get overpowered bullet-cards. For several runs, I was struggling to get together even the most basic defense to stop draining my HP on each encounter. Basic block cards give 6 shield, while you're often being attacked by a trio of enemies each dealing 12 damage or so. Then, on one run, I got a legendary card that just prevents *all* damage in one turn, and that time alone was able...
