The value story

The lowest price on record is $12.49, set in February 2026. It has been discounted 23 times in the 2 years tracked here, typically at 25 percent off, with about 6 weeks between sales. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 9 days ago.

Value puts it in the top 9 percent of the games it competes with. It is pricier than 94 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 82 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Judgment: Apocalypse Survival Simulation ($19.99, scores 59) beats it on value, while it beats Havendock ($19.99, scores 54).

This site sampled 566 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 17 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written April 2024 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,725 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 455 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 55 percent of the 309 reviews written there were positive, against 82 percent overall, and those are 22 percent of everything written about it.

The main story runs 25.2 hours. Doing everything runs 97, 3.8 times as long.

What players say

It's a really nice game! Very simple, with some more difficult management the further you go, but it's manageable and really pretty to look at. As a city builder it's straightforward and understandable, with the campaign explaining everything clearly. I'm usually impatient with games in this genre but I've played it for the first 3 hours and haven't raged at it at all! Happily would recommend the game to anyone.

Ignore anyone who calls it a city-builder. This is a logistics game. Twenty hours for me to do the campaign, very enjoyable. Just enough guidance to see through the mists. The different maps and citizen requirements went a long way towards having to rethink optimization strategies. Also, I played with sound the whole way without feeling a need to turn it off. Stick with Adept difficulty your first go through. Would...

I think the description should have made that clear. That said, the puzzle aspect isn't even what made me decide NOT to recommend this game, because it can actually be fun to figure out. What...
