What players say
Is it fun? Yes. EDF as a concept has always been fun, and this is no exception. Is it put together well? God no. Absolutely not. Jesus Christ no. The gameplay pacing is terrible, with many missions requiring you to wait for dialogue from NPCs for upwards of 3 minutes before you can even start playing the map. What happens when you die? You get to hear that dialogue again. And again. Higher difficulties? Hear it...

Fix class balance, fix desync, fix having to play every map minimum 20 times to count as complete, fix having to pick up every single crate at the end of missions, and you have a fun game. in its current state without mods I would not recommend anyone play it.
