The value story
Across all 21 discounts in the 2 years tracked, the median cut is 50 percent, about 5 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 10 days ago.
Value puts it in the top 49 percent of the games it competes with. It is pricier than 98 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 80 percent. On the same math My Little Universe ($14.99, scores 72) and Goat Simulator: Remastered ($29.99, scores 57) are the better buys, and they are the games it most resembles.

What players say
I like it because I get to do all the jobs. My favourite one is shooting the coconuts. I get to hit targets and I get to break lots. The game is funny because he makes us do all these work things and we win. We had to burp all the people out of the sunbathing spot! Review written my my son, 4 years old

A few days ago, I broke up with the person I thought was the love of my life. This game was the only thing that stopped me from pulling my hair out and cry like a baby. For a while, it let me forget everything and genuinely switch my brain off. That said, the price is ridiculous. I'd recommend picking it up on sale for around €20 or even €10.
What a letdown. I don't want to be too harsh on a game that is clearly meant for a younger audience, but I can't ignore the sense of redundancy throughout the game. The two biggest problems that I had with it were how quickly everything felt started to feel redundant (even the music was numbing me) and how Patrick's mechanics felt underused during my 100% playthrough.
