Its a dlc for one of the greatest games of all time Far Cry 3, but you don't need the main game to play it as its treated as a standalone game. It's basically filled with borderlands type humor and has a synthwave artstyle. It's not a long game takes about 2 hours to finish the main missions and overall doesn't have a whole lot to do except get the very easy achievements, what's weird is it has steam trading cards...
