I recently decided to replay this game, as I had one single achievement missing that had been bothering me. I had at the time of originally playing it, thought very VERY highly of Spelunky HD, and upon this replay, those feelings hold up. playing this game makes me so uncontrollably hard its insane. The shear effort and blood sweat and nuh you have to expel from your body makes you reach another level of bliss its what i imagine free basing to be like. Thank you spelunky for all the orgasms youve givin me and heres to many more!!!
Ironically I started playing this because I wanted a bit of a break after finally 100%ing Hollow Knight . I try not opening too many "will take a lifetime of grinding to 100%" games at once, and I still have a lot to cover in VVV . So I figured I'd go for what I thought was a cute little indie darling platformer with maybe a bunch of collectibles. For some reason, I never got the memo about how brutally hard this...
