I like it, my wife loves it. We are playing it while travelling, on a laptop computer with phones instead of controllers. It works w/o problem on a 10 year old Android device and an equally old iPhone. Awesome. We also play Jaws of the Lion (the boardgame!) at home and the vibes are similar. Amazing game. So much love baked in! Played through multiple times with my wife and she loooved it! Would pay for expansions or similar games
This game is dumb and I hate it. It has too much rng in a way that is not fun, and doesn't give you the tools soon enough to fight RNG in a satisfying way, great concept executed very poorly. Very disappointing. I'm barely into the first 10th of the game and there is an enemy that can one shot the entire squad I built in one attack, and one of them spawns every turn for 4 straight rounds, and one of the side goals...
