Of the 386 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 8 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written May 2024 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 1,656 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 91 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 88 percent of the 425 reviews written there were positive, against 90 percent overall, and those are 47 percent of everything written about it.

What players say
It may not be as creepy as the original game jolt version but but it still is fun and as very interesting story
It's thrilling when the monster can turn a moment of exploration into a frantic chase within seconds, especially in nightmare mode, where the monster can easily outrun the player and it becomes a 50/50 chance whether or not the thing will end up on the same floor. Otherwise, it's a game of patience and cat and mouse (or hide and seek).
