Urban myths are stories that may or may not have been believed to be true. Unlike most, some are actually based on real events. One of them, takes place in a haunted forest, near a cemetery, on the borders of a city, near you.

The value story
August 2014 is where it bottomed out, at $0.19. 49 discounts in the 13 years on record. They run about 75 percent off, roughly 6 weeks apart.
It is cheaper than 67 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 99 percent. On the same math Gibbous - A Cthulhu Adventure ($19.99, scores 62) and Five Nights at Freddy's 2 ($7.99, scores 70) are the better buys, and they are the games it most resembles.
Inside the two-hour refund window, 36 percent of the 780 reviews written there were positive, against 39 percent overall, and those are 82 percent of everything written about it.

Overpriced horror flash game with cryptic puzzles, repetitive jumpscares, immature gore, and illogical progression
