About the game
In "The Dark Lineage" you re-take the role of police detective Howard Loreid, a man tormented by the paranormal happenings around him. Howard discovers that his own terrible past has some connection to the madness that is about to swallow him, yet again.

Well, this is a game. I was expecting a sequel to the first one and I got...more of the first one cranked up. The atmosphere is more, the controls are more, the puzzle difficulty is more. I like this game. While the first game tested my patience with the document system and clues in "order". This game is more straight-forward and more BS. As expected, the sequel to 'DW: In Pursuit Of Loath Nolder' is a Lovecraftian mystery adventure puzzler with horror elements. If you liked the first one, you will definitely like this one too, although there are differences and the original felt a tad superior overall.
