The value story
The lowest price on record is $9.99, set in September 2026. Its cuts run 40 percent off as a rule. There have been 13 in the 2 years tracked, about 6 weeks apart. Today's $9.99 at 60 percent off matches the lowest price in the record.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 38 percent on value. It is pricier than 88 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 65 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Soulstone Survivors ($14.99, scores 75) beats it on value, while it beats Fate Seeker: Journey ($5.00, scores 46).
This site sampled 587 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 25 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written February 2025 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 7 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 698 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 69 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 52 percent of the 252 reviews written there were positive, against 86 percent overall, and those are 13 percent of everything written about it.
HowLongToBeat players log 5.5 hours as a typical playtime, and completionists log 35, 6.4 times as much.
It carries Valve's Deck Verified rating and runs 5.5 hours, about as long as a handheld game wants to be.

What players say
I love these genre of games and love Dynasty Warriors. This game really melds them well and I just really enjoy getting high and killing 1000s of faceless npcs.
For a game where you win all the time after the second run, putting in a "Lose 30 times achievement" is diabolical. That being said, it's pretty fun and worth getting it while it's on sale.
This game is so abysmally bad that it made me realize how bad the roguelite genre is as a whole. This game has maybe 5 hours of content and 10,000 hours of grind. You can beat the highest difficulty boss on your first day of playing this game. The low number of sealing options only make the game more grindy and more random. You should be able to purchase seals. Even if the conversion rate was some insane number like...
