Beautiful pixel art but frankly just quite not up there as a proper shoot em up. the levels meander with no defining features, the bullet patterns feel random and boring, the power ups probably matter for DPS but barely feel different, its best feature is a slowdown mechanic that actually feels like lagging your game down, it feels clunky but in a good way imo. it just lacks a certain je ne sais quois that makes the...

EDIT: I was able to get this game into a playable state by closing every other application whenever I ran the game. A little inconvenient but not too bad. Because of this, I have changed the review from negative to positive since the crashes were the only real gripe I had with the game. Fun little shmup. Pros: - Many different ships, some of which play very differently. - Forgiving gameplay for beginners. Cons: - Enemmy variety is quite limited. - A few bugs, one of which drops the framerate to unplayable levels at the final boss. - Uneven difficulty.
