The game still has major bugs, even after years of playing. In the first cafe you have, your service is always terrible. I had to scrap one game because it got so bad I was losing customers, and I couldn't progress in the game, as parts of it require you to have really good reviews. No matter how much training you give your counter servers it doesn't matter. They will be called rude to the point you will struggle...
