I can't even play this game i remember it being really fun. I don't know what happened but i cant play it it launches but its stuck on a screen with text box and i lick it and it does nothing

I don't understsnd if the game is dead why is it still out and $5.49 for a copy Why would you think to sell a copy if you cant fully play it .
