Deus Ex: Invisible War is a decent sequel, but it sits in the shadow of its predecessor. Built from the ground up for the original Xbox, the shift to a more streamlined and narrow design does end up damaging the core formula. Skippable entry in the Deus Ex series. Even though the original Deus Ex is older than Invisible War, I gave up on this one fairly quickly. While the first game had pretty good writing, interesting world-building and an adequate gameplay despite its limitations, this entry has neither.
