Great survival horror game! If to compare to over games I would say it closer to RE 1, RE 2 Remake and RE 7. You have limited inventory, there are many puzzles to be solved and keys to be collected, ammo is scarce and does not drop from the enemies. I really liked the sections inside the mansion, and less so outside areas - I found those too samey, and too big. Boss fights are meh, close combat / dodging is quite...
i really want to like this game and maybe i will start again on easy but as it stands, i just do not understand how you are meant to play this on normal. it forces you to speed run and play either knife only or no weapons only healing items and speed run every room what is now how anyone ever plays an RE game on thier first run? if it was possible, hard work, but possible to slowly clear out each room and slowly...
