I really like this Fishing game, I wish there was mod support so I could add new physical fish characteristics to the generation pool. Overall it's still fun to search for the biggest fish you can find or the strangest lake variation. The short story with the Home Lake is nice. F the Mayor lol

Fishing games are my favorite genre of games and this is my favorite fishing game. The mechanics and progression are truly left in the player's hands, allowing for their knowledge of fish habits and tackle to be the primary mode of skill expression and rewarding gameplay. The fishing mechanic is extremely deep and in many ways naturalistic; location, vegetation, water depth, time of day, lure builds, reeling...
