More about Atlas Fallen: Reign Of Sand
Of the 800 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 28 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written August 2023 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 34 percent of the 409 reviews written there were positive, against 73 percent overall, and those are 15 percent of everything written about it.

What players say
This game was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed it, a nice world to roam around in, both the main and side quests were really good and fun. As always I'm a huge fan of collectibles and upgrades, and really enjoyed to explore all areas to find everything possible, great freedom in the world to explore and find hidden things and lore items. New game+ was amazing with new armor and upgrades, sliding through the sand...

The game is a little unpolished and probably way shorter if you don't collect every collectible like a maniac (e.g. me). I liked the story and worldbuilding. The fights were fun. It has a character build aspect to it too, if you're into that. You have 3 active, 9 passive skill slots, a healing idol and 3 weapons of which you can use 2 at the same time. Overall, it's a fun game.
-Badly optimised. -Combat feels janky. -Camera is always in the wrong place and the angles are weird. Just in general I can't make myself play any more.
