Great game. Some of the trials suck, but that doesn't take away from the overall greatness of this remake. Edit your save file if you're not willing to put in the work to complete the, admittedly intermittently ridiculously hard, trials.
Boring and repetitive gameplay, The combat sucks, character is very slow in a very big open empty map, and it barely has any content. At least this game is a bit of an upgrade from the original Risk of Rain (2013) graphically and gameplay wise. 5/10
