More about Gear.Club Unlimited 2 - Ultimate Edition
Steam's global achievement data puts about 13 percent of players at this game's ending achievement. On a 19.8-hour game, the hours short of it still count in its price per hour. This site sampled 396 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 12 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written December 2021 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 9 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. Inside the two-hour refund window, 47 percent of the 146 reviews written there were positive, against 66 percent overall, and those are 37 percent of everything written about it.
Valve rates it Steam Deck Verified, so it runs on the handheld without fiddling.

What players say
In my opinion a hidden gem and a tribute to the older era of racing games. The physics lean towards the realistic side, but mostly when driving on asphalt. I like that it keeps things simple when it comes to starting a race. Just pick an event and a car from the menu and the race starts. Just like older racing games. It has an interesting car collection with a couple of rare vehicles such as the Mazzanti Evantra (...

Bare in mind, when/if you buy this game, this is not a sim, its an arcade game, with arcade physics and sounds. With that in mind, its an interesting enough game for us to spend a few hours racing without taking things too serious. We still have goals to achieve, but its a more relaxed type of game, imo.
Only buy if you're planning on playing this on the Steam Deck. Nearly 2 hours in and this game has started to become boring. The AI is easy to beat, handling feels weird, and progression honestly feels slow. I saw that this game was a Switch port, and honestly the way it plays makes it obvious. Wouldn't recommend if you're playing on PC.
