I came here for my cute final fantasy farming sim what do you mean I'm being slapped with existentialism-- Back when this game dropped in 2022, a lot of people treated it as Square Enix's answer to the big "chill cozy farming life sim" trend that surged during and after COVID. That sort of created a mismatch of expectations of players coming into it expecting something like Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon. If...
If you imagine Final Fantasy and (good) Harvest Moon had a secret lovechild, it would be Harvestella.
Mediocre farming sim, trash story and trash combat. Skip if you want something novel. Play if you can turn off your brain and smile stupidly at cute things.
