Classic, too much 2D tho. New ghost wisp is kinda useless and redundant. Just make sure to play with the Re-rainbow mod, makes the experience 10x better. This game shouldn't have been released they way it did on pc.
I don't really see how people like this game so much? The visual style, soundtracks and intro cinematic are cool sure but my gripe is with the gameplay and story, The story is very childish which ok it's sonic the hedgehog but that doesn't mean it can't do some bold writing decisions. linking back to the gameplay, it is wayy too focused on platforming with 80% of the stages not being about running but about...
