I've been playing this game for 7 years, and I'm still playing it to this day, collecting secrets, and anything that i can find, even finishing the game for like the 20th time, BEST GAME EVER!!!
pikuniku has been with me as likely one of my favorite games of all time since i was in middle school. i'm not much of a gamer, so it's perfectly challenging and just the right length for me... fantastically charming, witty, and colorful, i have to replay it every so often (albeit on my switch, for the most part) to remember how to find meaning in going out into the world, and how simple it is. look up any synonym...
The game feels empty and short, the boss fights are basic and even the beach feels ominous. Not to mention half of the items are useless, no lore is provided and the ghost is horrible. You can't play 2P. AND THE SECOND AREA IS ABSOLUTE ♥♥♥! It is supposed to be chill but no vibes are really made at all. The jokes are super random. I do not recommend this game.
