This game is 14 years old, and it certainly shows its age. Don't expect the graphics or storytelling quality of modern games. That being said, the story is engaging, and the puzzles are genuinely fun to solve. Most of the puzzles are challenging enough to keep you thinking without being frustratingly difficult. I personally managed to solve all of them without any help, with one exception: the final Radio Signal...

If you just want a fun, albeit dark, adventure - go ahead, it's a nice quest with moderately challenging puzzles. Also voice acting is great. But if you want a good story from you "sherlock holmes" game, you better look elsewhere. The game is very good at suspense and storybaiting, through the whole story you are very interested to see how all these strange behaviors of characters will be explained. But it never...
