This is a gem of the DOOM clones era. One of the few games of that time to actually just be it's own thing. And even though the Star Wars name and Franchise do a lot of the heavy lifting is it really unfair that they do all the work. Wonderful remaster of a classic. I brought a healthy dose of nostalgia to this, but the game absolutely holds up and was entertaining start to finish. Now also serves as an interesting time capsule for the star wars expanded universe pre-prequels - the possibilities were wide open, and you get the sense of a fan playing with their action figures and acting out their own (great!) story: which is what star wars is all...
One of the GOAT FPS games from the 90s. Still a lot of fun, great story though I'll admit the level design shows some age. I'm not sure anyone would enjoy this this they didn't grow up with this, but I still find it very enjoyable years later.
