This doesn't capture the Doom feel from the 2016 reboot or Doom Eternal. I can appreciate ID Software trying something new, as I thought there was no way they could continue speeding things up beyond Doom Eternal, but this wasn't for me. Get this game with the "Revelations" DLC (I left a review for that on its store page), best on a sale! And F-U-C-K Microslop for gutting id Software and basically killing it and id Tech Engine with it (laying off over half the staff, especially almost all legacy programmers and developers)...
