If you're a fan of visual novels, I genuinely don't think you'll find anything better than this. The further you go, the more it pulls you in. And somehow, it just keeps getting better and better. The story, the plot twists, the atmosphere, and especially the characters... everything is unforgettable. The character writing is so incredible that even after finishing the game, they just stay in your head. You don't...
10/10 A story that stays with you long after the credits roll. I just finished The House in Fata Morgana, and honestly, I'm still trying to process everything I went through. If you're looking for a casual game to pass a few hours, this might not be for you. But if you have the patience for a deeply moving, dark, and intensely human narrative, this is an absolute masterpiece that lingers far beyond its runtime...
Best written story oat. I never really enjoyed romantic stories or such as, but this story is something different than just a "romantic story", its story that goes trough so much tragedy, pain, love, betrayel, redemption, acceptance, salvation, afterlife, eternal suffering, self acceptance (but even self abondment), failure, sacrifice, religion, curse/wish, split personality, intersex, embodiment of an Angel...
