Way of the Samurai 4 takes place in the humble port town of Amihama during the mid 19th Century, several years after the arrival of the “black ships” from the West ended Japan’s long history of cultural isolation.

so glad I'm able to continue playing this series even after PlayStation basically locked it behind the ps3 , Cant recommend enough goofy dialogue, sick combos , branching storylines, be good or bad, a Classic Drifters Tale
Wonderfully weird. Super fun. Way of the Samurai is Way of the Samurai, and it's perfect. Download the free version of Borderless Gaming and run the game in windowed mode, otherwise you won't be able to alt tab without the game crashing.
technical difficulties aside, the game's great gameplay's fun and has some variety (styles, weapons, etc), though the difficulty is all over the place and there being less branching (and less serious) story compared to wots3 , but the game is pretty good nonetheless
