What players say
The game felt like an isometric Thief with excellent verticality. Great locales, lot of interconnected pathways to sneak around in. Game was hard to put down and it all looked and felt better than what the static screenshots show.
Yes, but... For the 1st couple of hours, maybe 8-10 (without hardcoring the story), it's SOO dam good. Stealth is there, a huge world at your fingertips.... But at the maybe 30m - 1H mark (skill lvl involved) you will realize the world isn;t as large as you may think. The problem i have is that this is one small island with SO much content, and a lot of it is pretty well thought out. RPGS being basic...
the prologue sucks at teaching you the game but it only took me like a single mission to make proper sense of it. i also wish they hadn't bothered with the crafting at all and had spent more time and resources literally anywhere else. the game is also way too easy to play the "intended" way and even easier to break but i'm not sure if this is a bad thing or a good thing in this case. reminded me of Weird West bc its...
