The value story
The lowest price on record is $12.49, set in April 2026. Its cuts run 30 percent off as a rule. There have been 29 in the 4 years tracked, about 7 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 8 days ago.
It is pricier than 94 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 63 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Those Who Rule ($17.99, scores 68) beats it on value, while it beats Ash of Gods: Redemption ($24.99, scores 35).
This site sampled 482 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 10 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written April 2022 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 707 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 33 have a larger share.

What players say
This is a game you are going to want to really like. If I could give a "meh" instead of a negative or positive recommendation I would. Pros: scratches the itch for turn based dungeon crawler/merc band. classes play different with a modest amount of build craft. has an economy system for you entrepreneurs (nothing too in depth but enough) graphics are pretty cool Cons: combat becomes a slog and far too repetitive...
The Story rich tag is a flagrant lie, your merry troupe never gets to the bottom of why anything is happening in this world aside from resolving your personal squabble tied to the campaign. No opportunity to confront the interdimensional dragon either. The game feels really unfinished which is a shame because the turn based combat and tactics on offer were very compelling. In the end i was left hungering for more...
The game feels unfinished, and the more I play, the more I want more from it. You can easily max out your troops well before the end of the campaign, and the challenge falls through the floor. I'm just trying to finish the rest of the achievements at this point, but I would have stopped playing 40 hours ago. It's not a bad game, but it does feel like an abandoned project.
