Desperados 2 is the sequel to the successful wild west title Desperados - Wanted Dead or Alive. The gameplay is based on its predecessor but with brand new tactical possibilities in a beautiful 3D environment. Switch from an isometric view to a third person view whenever you want; for example, for duels, brawls and shoot-outs.

What players say
Stay far away from this game for now if you have an AMD centered build, non-stop stutters/graphical glitches while in Action View/third person and is what I encountered mostly now after moving from NVIDIA to AMD, and also not to mention that there is NO patch or fix that exists out there on the internet. The only ones that could fix this is the developers themselves and even that in itself is a far-fetched thought...

Played the prequel multiple times when i was a kid and always wanted to play the sequel, but couldn't cause it was massively bugged and never worked. Now i finally got to play it and its definitely not better than the first game. A 4/10 at most.
I really enjoyed the first game in the Desperados series (Wanted Dead of Alive), but this game not so much. It was made during a time when everything was moving to 3D, and the game suffered from the transition. The charm of the isometric levels was lost and everything was harder to control. I didn't find the story or the gameplay as engaging as the first game. If you enjoyed the first game, I'd say skip this game...
